The project scope includes three areas of development:
New Classroom Building
Program is to provide three science labs and three academic classrooms to address enrollment growth and science program expansion. Site improvement will create new outdoor instructional and collaboration areas for students and staff and provide a needed connection across the existing fire lane between the new building and existing campus.
New Field House
Located at the existing baseball fields, this new building will provide equipment storage, restroom facilities and concessions area with outdoor covered patio.
Practice Field Restoration
Existing practice fields will be upgraded to synthetic turf and sports lighting to support team practice as well as after-hours community use. Due to unfavorable soils conditions, these fields cannot support the current level of use.
