Integrated: \ˈin(t)əˌɡrādəd \ adjective
: with various parts or aspects linked or coordinated.
Our integrated approach brings value to the project by delivering highly coordinated construction documents ultimately reducing construction conflicts. This is achieved by our team collaborating on a single cloud based BIM (Building Information Model) that is developed and coordinated in real time from design through project completion.
To achieve digital integration, all our projects are developed in a centrally-based, 3D environment. All digital files are maintained in the cloud, producing a simulated co-location experience between our architects and engineers in which all team members are working on the most current and up to date information. The presence of this early data allows more informed design decisions to be made earlier and provides accurate tools to test design decisions as they are developed. It also assists our architects and clients to visualize in three dimensions the implications of decisions as they are made.

Making data available to contractors, consultants, and owners, allows the project team to visualize what will eventually be built. An increased understanding of the project helps better-informed design decisions to be made throughout the project life-cycle. Currently, this includes the use of advanced PDFs using Bluebeam, cloud data storage, and virtual/augmented reality. Having data readily available in the field allows the design team to quickly respond to construction related inquiries and assist the builder in visualizing the work.
