Modernist Thinking for an Emerging Neighborhood

Palm Springs Unified School District teamed with BakerNowicki Design Studio to imagine a modernist oasis in the desert for the emerging Dream Homes Neighborhood in Cathedral City. The team worked closely with the District to produce a environmentally sensitive design to promote learning environments in a desert climate.
